Shipping policy

We endeavor to dispatch all in stock orders within 5 working days. Out of stock items will vary with delivery times, a sales advisor can give you an approximate delivery date when placing an order. In the unlikely event you may have to return an item for an exchange which is in stock, we will dispatch your replacement upon receipt of returning item.

Postage & Handling will be charged at standard Australian rates. Postage is via Australia Post Registered Mail Signature on Delivery, OR Express Post Signature on delivery the most cost effective method of delivery will be used at our discretion. 
Selected International shipping is available through the website. If you wish to make a purchase which requires International shipping and it is not available to your destination, please contact us. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International orders have no tax added at check out so the purchaser is responsible for payment of any customs & taxes applicable at the destination country. 
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Please contact us if you require the weight of any product.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilogram

Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by The Handsome Horse is The Handsome Horse’s responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer's responsibility. Title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s).
